AIshell Privacy Policy
Overview
AIshell is a personal automation assistant hosted at aishell.gleixner.xyz. It carries out actions requested by its user, including authorized operations involving Google Workspace. This policy describes how AIshell accesses, uses, stores, and shares information.
Google user data AIshell may access
When authorized, AIshell may access data available through Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Gmail. Depending on the task, this can include file and document content, spreadsheet data, calendar events, and email messages and metadata.
How Google user data is used
AIshell uses Google user data solely to provide user-requested automation. Examples include locating or updating a file, editing a document or spreadsheet, creating or changing a calendar event, or reading, organizing, drafting, sending, or modifying email when requested.
Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling for advertising, or sale. AIshell does not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to the functionality requested by the user.
Storage and security
AIshell may store OAuth credentials, task state, logs, and copies or derived outputs of data when necessary to perform requested workflows or maintain the service. These are stored on the dedicated AIshell server and are protected using server access controls. OAuth access can be revoked through the user's Google Account permissions.
Sharing and disclosure
AIshell does not sell Google user data. Data is not shared with third parties except when necessary to execute a user-requested action, operate the underlying infrastructure, comply with applicable law, or protect the security of the service. Google services themselves process data as part of the authorized API operations.
Data retention and deletion
Data is retained only as needed for the requested automation, service operation, backups, or applicable legal requirements. A user may revoke Google authorization at any time and may request deletion of stored AIshell data associated with Google Workspace workflows.
Google API Services User Data Policy
AIshell's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if AIshell's functionality or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
